We Review Within 24 Hours
Our team reviews every notice. If valid, we immediately disable access to the content and notify the uploader.
Counter-Notice Process
Uploaders may file a counter-notice if they believe removal was in error. If no legal action is initiated within 10-14 business days, content may be restored.
Repeat Infringer Policy
StemGod maintains a strict repeat infringer policy. Users who receive multiple valid DMCA takedown notices will have their accounts terminated. We track all notices and enforce this policy in practice, not just in writing.
